Prof. Dr. Biswanath Ghosh obtained MBBS from Sher-E-Bangla Medical College, Borishal in 1986.
He completed his post-graduation diploma DIH on Community Medicine from the NIPSOM under University of Dhaka in 1990.
He completed his post-graduation degree FCPS on Ophthalmology in 2002.
He has multiple publications in renowned medical journals.
He has participated training in ophthalmology under the institute the SSMC & Mitford Hospital from 1997 to 1999.
He has participated training in Phaco Surgery under the institute the National Institute of Ophthalmology (NIO) from 2003 to 2004.
He has participated training in SICS under the institute the National Institute of Ophthalmology (NIO) in 2009.
He has participated training in Faundation Training under the institute the BIRD Comilla in 1994.
He has participated training in Diabetes under the institute the BIRDEM in 1995.
He has participated training in Mental Health under the institute the SSMC & Mitfort Hospital in 1990.
He has participated training in Vision Monitor (ERG, EOG, VEP) under the institute the Metro Vision, France in 2013.
Now he is working at Healing Diagnostic & Consultation Centre as consultant of Ophthalmology
